Study Guides for Girls

Are you seeking materials for training your daughter to be a godly daughter of her King? Check out the study guides we've created as part of our Keepsake Notebook curriculum. It's a "pick and choose" format, and once you get started, you could design your own study guides for any topic, book, or material you think is important for your daughter to have! That's the beauty of the Keepsake Notebook...it's totally customized and personalized!

Note: Many of the views in these books are traditional in nature.  You may not all agree with everything that is said, but each book contains useful information on helping our daughters look at the God-ordained role of womanhood and motherhood in new and old ways. Read them with your daughter and have great discussions together. Click below to see a sample of what all the study guides look like.

  • God's Word is our authority and His Glory is our purpose.

  • That when we belong to Jesus we belong to His covenant family, the Church.

  • A Biblical framework for living and thinking.

Amazon book description:

Feminine by Design is written to provide a clear explanation of biblical femininity. Scott T. Brown explores some of the major passages of Scripture that explain it, using the same texts he used to teach his own daughters as he sought to "bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4). This book is designed to give a happy vision of life here-and-now and to build up a generation of gospel-centered, biblically
directed daughters. He hopes to fulfill the appeal of Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane, "Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth" (John 17:17). Women are assaulted with so many lies. What they need, more than anything, is the truth of Scripture.

Amazon book description: A man comes home and says to his wife, “I had a horrible day at work today.” She says, “Tell me about it.” “I just did,” he replies. Men and women communicate differently—and, all too often, not at all! This book is a sort of “linguistics” school that will teach you to speak your husband’s language: male . You’ll discover simple ways to cultivate a sense of humor about your male and female differences, open conversations with him—and keep them going, frame what you’re saying with masculine interest areas, respond proactively to what your husband shares, and develop thicker skin (this alone is worth the price of the book). Change up your language, spice up your marriage! It’ll be your husband’s favorite thing you’ve ever done…well, almost!
